Proposal & Capture Manager

What you’ll do

• Lead capture planning, opportunity qualification, proposal calendars, and submission strategy.
• Build compliance matrices and coordinate technical, management, past-performance, and pricing inputs.
• Manage contributors, reviews, version control, deadlines, and final production quality.
• Research buyers, incumbents, partners, evaluation criteria, and differentiators.

What you bring

• Five or more years supporting government or complex commercial proposals and capture efforts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of RFP/RFQ structures, compliance, and deadline-driven proposal production.
• Exceptional business writing, editing, research, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with federal, state, local, education, or subcontracting pursuits is preferred.
