Business Analyst

What you’ll do

• Facilitate discovery sessions and document business, functional, and reporting requirements.
• Map current and future-state processes, gaps, dependencies, and decision points.
• Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceable requirements.
• Coordinate validation, UAT readiness, issue resolution, and adoption handoffs.

What you bring

• Three or more years in business analysis, systems implementation, process improvement, or consulting.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with requirements management, process mapping, and UAT practices.
• ERP, CRM, government, logistics, or healthcare experience is a plus.
