AI Implementation & Training Consultant

What you’ll do

• Assess workflows and prioritize AI opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, and readiness.
• Design implementation roadmaps, pilot plans, governance practices, and adoption measures.
• Facilitate practical training for leaders, teams, and nontechnical users.
• Document workflows, prompt patterns, controls, and measurable outcomes for client handoff.

What you bring

• Three or more years in consulting, training, change, automation, product, or technology delivery.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, workflow automation, and responsible-use practices.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business audiences and executive leaders.
• Experience building workshops, operating models, governance, or adoption programs is preferred.
